Walk and talk
Therapy whilst walking outside in nature, is an alternative to a therapy room setting.
Exploring difficulties while walking side by side with a therapist may feel more natural and liberating. It has a calming quality and creates a different flow, in which thoughts and emotions may be accessed more easily and the experience can be grounding and healing.
I am located near miles of beautiful, empty beaches which are perfect for walking.
