It is goal orientated, focusing on a current problem with the intention of reaching agreed solutions and what is most useful to achieve within the session.

 

Your strengths, inner and outer resources and coping strategies will be identified to support

you going forward.   

A one-off session can be very effective

and useful, especially in times when it is beneficial to explore choices and make decisions.
